I just saw this movie. Has anyone else seen it? Lots to think about. Go see it if its up in Seattle and you happen to live there. . . its about quantum physics.
The movie is called What the #$%* Do we know?! By the way.
Now back to the woodsand away with me.
Posted by bogsters at March 14, 2004 9:04 PMAnyone know who is distributing this film? I have a bunch of friends all over the country who are "energy medicine" folks and we would like to view it in our various cities.

i just saw this movie last week. HOLY SHIT. beautiful. moving. motivating. very, very edifying. but, what the fuck do i know?
Posted by: Joe at April 14, 2004 3:59 PMI too am looking for the distributors of this film. PLEASE let me know if anyone learns anything!
Posted by: Jamie at April 15, 2004 4:59 PMI walked out of this fucking piece of shit for a film during the drunken wedding dance flubber scene. They've totally misrepresented quantum physics in an effort to spread their bullshit new age agenda. We are never formally introduce to these so called 'experts' permeating the film so there's no way to corroborate their outlandish interpretations of the Hiesenberg Uncertainty Principle and the Time Paradox. My guess is that these people are just a bunch of new age cult leaders and pseudo-scientists, the same kind who think the pyramids were built by martians and Atlantis was populated by domesticated dinosaurs. If you really want to have your mind blown without being fed a load of convoluted nonsense then rent "A Brief History Of Time" with Stephen Hawking. And, always remember that having an open mind doesn't mean that you need to have a hole in the side of your head so large that your brain falls out.

If you watched the end of the movie you would have got to see everyones credentials (my guess they are up there with yours, if not more impressive).
Some people are not ready for some of the questions this movie ask or for what Quantum Physics suggest is Possible (or real - for that matter)
For anyone else… This is an incredible movie with insights from the world SCIENTIFIC LEADERS.
See it. It is very empowering movie.

L's comments above were right on the mark and I stayed to look at the credits. One thing that non-scientists don't understand is that credentials don't mean much in science and neither does personal opinion. The movie misrepresents QM so much that any good message that they wanted to convey is discredited.
Furthermore, the movie is wildly disjoined and uneven. It seems like a group of art school students with completely different visions made four different movies, and then an editor just edited them together. Completely incoherent, overwrought, and boring.
